To make sure Snowcap works effectively for your specific application, we require that all customers perform a simple test before using the product on a large surface area.
Mixing Instructions: Begin by mixing two cups of Snowcap with one half gallon of water in a sprayer, following the directions provided on the packaging.
Test Application: Apply the mixture to a small, inconspicuous area where rust stains are present.
Evaluation: Allow time for the product to work, and evaluate the results to ensure it meets your expectations before treating a larger area.
This testing process helps confirm that the product works for your situation and prevents unnecessary waste or misuse.
If the product does not perform as expected during your test application, you may return it for a refund. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must not be fully used. Only partially used or unused packages are eligible.
The original package must be resealed securely to prevent spills or damage during shipping.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and proof of purchase may be required.
Please note that returns are only accepted when the initial test has been completed as outlined above. Full refunds will not be issued if the product was used extensively without following the recommended test procedure.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return. Snowcap is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed for the original purchase price, less freight and shipping costs. Refunds are typically issued within 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive your returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Freight and shipping costs are non-refundable.
